If you'd like to keep track of your repetitive tasks you can use the Checklists feature from:

<a href="http://www.Gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

It will create a series of checkboxes for each day, and you check them off one by one.
And it's available on the mobile phone too, so you can access them wherever you are.

Hi Therese,

Thanks for your suggestion - it looks like a good service - there'll be a review of the service on this site in the next couple days.

Thanks!

I am going to look more into this program, there are repetitive things that I do during the day and to have them automated would be great. I am also interested in taking a look at the ten most productive websites.

You may be interested in taking a look at www.Remindo.com, they have a social productivity tool that allows you to share project spaces where you can share files, manage tasks and track milestones, there is also a twitter like functionality on there as well. I imagine something like this would also boost employee morale. The thing that I like the most, is that everything is on one platform, no switching from e-mail, to word, to twitter, etc.

Oh, and best of all it is FREE, for now anyway. :-)
