A Bristol University (UK) research project suggests pre-work exercise or lunchtime workouts result in a more productive, happier and less stressed workforce.
21% of workers who exercised enjoyed better concentration rates and 22% finished more of their work on time.
So – what are you doing to ensure your employees are fit and healthy? Not only will you enjoy the benefits of seeing fewer people off sick, it appears to be a scientifically proven fact that encouraging your teams to exercise will boost your employee productivity.
When was the last time you left the office at lunchtime for some fresh air at the very least? Things will look different if you do.
